A: Our custom figurines start at $199 USD and go up depending on the number of people/pets, the size you choose, and any add-ons. We have a transparent pricing system on our product pages. Simply select your options, and the final price will be calculated immediately.

A: Please upload clear, well-lit photos showing the front, side, and full body of the person or pet. Make sure your face or your pet's face is clearly visible and not covered by hands, hats, or shadows. High-resolution photos with good lighting help our artists capture the most accurate likeness.

A: Absolutely! After we receive your order and photos, our digital sculptors will create a 3D model. We will send you a preview via WhatsApp/Email to confirm the pose, clothing, and details before we begin painting. You can request minor changes during this design stage. Please note that once hand-painting begins, major changes may incur additional fees.

A: We treat your privacy as our top priority. Your reference photos are used solely to create your specific sculpture. They are only accessible to the dedicated artist working on your order. They are never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and are permanently deleted from our secure servers immediately after your figurine is shipped.

A: Yes! We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period. If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund (only the unavoidable bank transaction/processing fees will be deducted). However, since our figurines are one-of-a-kind masterpieces created specifically for you, they cannot be resold. Once the 48-hour window has passed and our design phase has begun, we are unable to accept full cancellations. If you must cancel after this period, we are happy to offer a partial refund (covering our initial material and setup costs), or you can convert the amount into a store credit for future orders.

A: Our studio is based in Shanghai, China, where our team of passionate artists hand-sculpt and hand-paint every single figurine. We ship directly from our private studio to your door using trusted international express couriers (like DHL or UPS) to ensure safe and reliable delivery. This is why the total delivery time is around 30-35 days. Please note that because our parcels are shipped internationally, you might be subject to local customs duties (as mentioned in question 8).

A: The price you pay covers the product and shipping only. Depending on your country's customs regulations, import duties or taxes might be charged by your local government upon arrival. This is beyond our control and is the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend checking your local customs policies before ordering.

A: Your peace of mind is our absolute priority. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the box and the figurine. We will completely remake and reship your figurine completely free of charge.
