What kind of photo do I need to upload?
We only need one clear, front-facing, full-body photo showing everyone together. Our artists will strictly follow the composition, facial features, and details in your photo to recreate a highly accurate likeness. We do not add features, outfits, or poses that are not clearly visible in the photo.
How long does it take?
The production process takes 12-15 working days. Shipping takes about 10-15 days. Expect a total of 30-35 days.
What materials are used? Are they safe for my home?
We use high-quality, eco-friendly resin that is highly durable, non-toxic, and completely safe for display in any home environment. The finished sculpture is hand-painted with professional, non-toxic acrylics.
Will you keep me updated during the process?
Yes, we value your involvement! After we complete the 3D sculpting, we will send you a preview via WhatsApp or Email for your confirmation. We only proceed to hand-painting after you approve the proportions and likeness. We will also confirm details with you at each key stage.
How long does it take to receive my family figurine?
The production process takes about 12-15 working days, plus 10-15 days for international shipping. You can expect delivery in about 30-35 days from placing your order.
What if my order gets damaged or lost in transit? Or if I am not fully satisfied with the final result?
Your peace of mind is our priority. If your package is lost in transit, we will completely remake and reship it for free. If it arrives damaged, please send us photos within 7 days, and we will remake it for free. If the final product is significantly different from the confirmed 3D preview, we will also remake it free of charge to ensure you are completely happy.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes! We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period. If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund (only unavoidable bank transaction fees will be deducted). Since your figurine is a custom, one-of-a-kind artwork, we cannot accept full cancellations after the 48-hour period has passed.

I had pictures of a statue I really like and now have my own miniature statue. I had taken pictures from 4 or 5 different angles and they did a great job replicating it. I also received it much quicker than the estimated date but that may have been because of the painting details needed.

I received the replica statue and was amazed at the quality, beauty and accuracy. The face wasn’t perfect (which i didnt expect it to be so) however, it was accurate enough to capture her essence. The family portrait looks good, but I was slightly disappointed that the smile on my mother’s face isn’t 100% identical to the photograph. The overall resemblance is still very high, but I feel the artist captured her resting face more than her smile. Still nice quality though.
