What kind of photo do I need to upload?
We need one clear, front-facing, full-body photo of your pet. Please ensure the face, body markings, and pose are clearly visible. If we find the photo quality is not ideal, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to discuss adjustments before we begin.
How realistic will the figurine look compared to my photo?
We use high-precision 3D digital sculpting and professional hand-painting to faithfully recreate your pet's proportions, fur colors, and markings based directly on the photo you upload. We strictly follow your photo and do not add features that aren't visible in it.
Can I add my pet's name or a date on the base?
Yes, we can add a discreet, elegant text engraving on the display base. Please make sure to add this request in the "Notes for the artist" field when placing your order. Our team will confirm the exact wording with you via WhatsApp or Email before we proceed with the engraving.
Will you capture my pet's exact fur patterns and eye colors?
Yes, we faithfully recreate specific spots and colors. However, extremely fine or microscopic fur details may be simplified to ensure a clean, elegant sculpture. We recommend our 16cm (6.3in) or larger sizes to preserve the most detail.
What materials are the figurines made of? Will they fade over time?
They are made of high-quality resin and finished with professional acrylic hand-painting. They are highly durable and will not fade if kept away from prolonged direct sunlight.
How long will it take to receive my figurine?
The sculpting and painting process takes about 12-15 working days. International shipping takes 10-15 days. You can expect delivery in 30-35 days from placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period. If you cancel within 48 hours of ordering, you will receive a full refund (minus bank fees). Since it is a custom piece, we cannot accept full refunds after production begins.

The likeness is really good and the coloring came out beautifully. I especially like the ears and the little expression — it looks just like my Beagle. My only complaint is the size. The 3.9 in version feels a little smaller than I expected. I think 6.3 in or even larger would be perfect.
