Refund and Cancellation Policy for Custom Figurines

Overview Because our figurines are highly customized, one-of-a-kind pieces created specifically for you based on your personal photographs, they cannot be resold. As a result, our refund and cancellation policy differs from standard e-commerce stores. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so we have established a clear and transparent set of rules below.

The 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period
To protect your rights, we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period starting from the exact moment your order is placed. If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund. The only deduction will be the unavoidable bank transaction/processing fees.
To cancel within this period, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

After the 48-Hour Period (Design & Production)
Once the 48-hour period has passed, your order will enter our design and production phase. Because our artists will have already begun digital sculpting your specific piece, we are unable to accept full cancellations.
If you must cancel after this period, we are happy to offer a partial refund (covering our initial material and setup costs), or you can convert the amount into a store credit for future orders. No returns or refunds will be accepted once the figurine is in the final painting stage or has been completed.

Damaged or Lost in Transit
Your peace of mind is our absolute priority.

If your package is lost in transit, we will completely remake your figurine and reship it for free.

If your figurine arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the box and the figurine. Once verified, we will completely remake and reship your figurine free of charge.

Privacy Policy for Reference Photos
Since you are trusting us with personal images, we protect them rigorously. Your reference photos are used solely to create your specific sculpture and are only accessible to the dedicated artist working on your order. They are never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and are permanently and securely deleted from our servers immediately after your figurine is shipped.

Refund Process
If your refund is approved (within the 48-hour window), it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to process the refund after we have initiated it.

Please note: Since this is a customized product, we do not accept returns based on “change of mind” after production has begun.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all refund requests.

Return Shipping
For the rare cases where we require a return (e.g., manufacturer defect that cannot be remade), the return shipping cost will be covered by us. Please do not send your purchase back without our explicit approval.
