2. What Data We Collect

• Order & Contact Information: Your name, email address, billing/shipping address, phone number, and WhatsApp account (for communication).
• Reference Photos: The clear photos of you, your family, your partner, or your pet that you upload to create your unique figurine.
• Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
• Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

3. How We Protect Your Reference Photos (Our Most Important Promise)

• Exclusive Use: Your reference photos are used solely to create your specific, customized sculpture. They are only accessible to the dedicated artist working directly on your commission.
• Never Shared: We never share your photos with third parties for any reason.
• Never Used for Marketing: We never use your photos for advertising, marketing, or on our social media.
• Permanent Deletion: Your photos are permanently and securely deleted from our private, secured servers immediately after your figurine is shipped. We retain no copies.

4. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser.

5. Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). • Order Data: We retain order details (including order meta-data) indefinitely to maintain order history and provide customer support.
• Reference Photos: As stated above, we retain your reference photos only for the duration of your commission. They are permanently deleted upon shipment.
• Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

8. Your Rights Over Your Information
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

9. Special Notice for Custom Products (48-Hour Cooling-Off Period)
In line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, if you decide to cancel your order within 48 hours, we will process a full refund and permanently delete your uploaded reference photos from our system. No copies will be retained. If cancellation occurs after 48 hours, partial refunds or store credits are offered; however, photos will still be permanently and securely deleted once the order is completed and shipped (or if the commission is cancelled and a partial refund is issued).
