Can you create a custom pose for us?
We perfectly recreate the pose shown in your uploaded reference photo. We strictly follow the photo and do not create poses that are not visible in it.
Can we add our names or an engraving on the base?
Yes, we can add a discreet, elegant text engraving on the display base. Please make sure to add this request in the "Notes for the artist" field when placing your order. Our team will confirm the exact wording with you via WhatsApp or Email before we proceed with the engraving.
What is the production and delivery time?
Production takes 12-15 working days, plus 10-15 days for international shipping. You will receive your order in about 30-35 days.
Can I see the sculpture before it is painted?
Yes. Once our digital sculptors finish the 3D model, we will send you a preview for confirmation. We allow adjustments to proportions and overall likeness before hand-painting begins.
What if my order gets damaged in transit?
We will remake and reship your figurine completely free of charge if it is damaged or lost in transit. We require photo evidence within 7 days of delivery for damaged items.
Can I get a full refund if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period. If you cancel within 48 hours of ordering, you will receive a full refund (minus bank fees). Since it is a custom piece, we cannot accept full refunds after production begins.
